Bucephalandra godzilla on lava stone
Bucephlandra godzilla is originated from south east asia rainforests. Bucephalandras are slow growing plant that are found growing on rocks in streams both immersed and submersed.
They are consider easy to grow when proper conditions are provided in an aquarium. They can be tied on to a rock or driftwood or planted in soil but make sure rhizomes are not covered by soil. They do well under medium light, good circulation, slightly acidic water, and CO2.
When in good condition, some bucephaladras can display attractive iridescent metallic colors.
