This is a beautiful tall hair grass that is often used in Mr. Amano's Nature Aquariums.  It is often used as a background in Iwagumi layouts (Japanese style stone arrangements) The fresh green color and soft hair-like leaves contrast well and soften the look of rockscapes.  This was rather difficult to find the plant in the aquarium trade and we have finally made it easily obtainable in tissue culture form.
